Florida's Biggest Utility To Spend Billions on Solar Energy

At the star-studded Clinton Global Initiative meeting in New York, Florida Gov. Charlie Crist (R) and the head of Florida's largest utility join former President Bill Clinton in announcing the company will spend $2.4-billion on solar power. St. Petersburg Times reporters Asjylyn Loder and Craig Pittman report on the announcement and how it fits with Crist's continued push on climate change issues 9/27/07.
